![]() EU foreign ministers agreed on Thursday to extend asset freezes and travel bans put on dozens of Ukrainians and Russians last March, diplomats said, but were still seeking a compromise on adding new people and preparing new measures. Last week, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that the total damage to Hungary from sanctions against Russia amounted to more than18 billion euros, so Budapest is asking the European Union to consider the advisability of further extending the sanctions. |

Speaking of the strategic Strait of Hormuz, Araghchi said, "We have no intention to close it right now."
