![]() Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi will lead a delegation of diplomatic and technical experts to Muscat, the capital of Oman, for indirect talks with the United States, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei said. “Based on the plan developed by Oman and the agreement signed between Iran and the United States, expert meetings and indirect talks will be held between our country’s foreign minister and the US president’s special representative on Saturday. Progress in the negotiations requires the other side to show goodwill, seriousness and realism. The Iranian delegation, taking into account past experience, will adapt its every step to the behavior of the other side and will make every effort to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Iranian people,” Baghaei noted. |
