US and China Signed the First Part of the Trade Deal
![]() US President Donald Trump and Vice Premier of the People’s Republic of China Liu He signed the first package of documents as a part of a trade agreement between the two countries. The ceremony was broadcast on the official White House page on Facebook. During the signing ceremony, Trump said that the devaluation of the Chinese yuan will have certain severe restrictions. He also mentioned that Washington would cancel duties on goods from China only after the parties work out the second part of trade agreement. According to the head of the White House, the United States needs them as a bargaining chip in future. Trump concluded that the signing of the agreement will contribute to the stabilization of international relations. In turn, Liu He said that Chinese companies will purchase American products taking into account market conditions. |
