![]() EU Foreign Ministers just adopted nearly 1,600 new sanctions listings targeting Russia’s military-industrial complex, EU High Representative Kaja Kallas announced on X. “This is the single largest expansion of our sanctions list since Russia started its war,” Kallas said. “Europe is again showing a united front.” According to Kallas, more than half of the package is connected to the production chain for ballistic missiles. Kallas added that with the adoption of this package, the EU has made it “significantly harder, slower and more expensive for Russia to produce the weapons it uses to kill Ukrainians”. |
