RPA did not stand up when "Elk" offered 1 minute silence to commemorate March 1 victims

"On the agenda we have an item about the installation of a monument to victims of March 1, I offer a minute of silence to commemorate those, who killed 10 years ago", Alen Simonyan from "Elk" announced at the Yerevan Council Session. Seeing that the majority did not stand up, he said: "I'm sorry that the rest did not respect their memory, it was Armenian citizens, policemen. I’m sorry that it is your attitude", mentioned Simonyan addressing to RPA.
