The Iranian leader ordered to resolve the conflict with the United States through dialogue
![]() Iran's Supreme leader Mojtaba Khamenei has instructed to resolve the conflict with the United States through dialogue. This was announced on November 2 by the President of the Islamic Republic, Masoud Peseshkian. "We are trying to solve the problem through dialogue. In this regard, the Supreme Leader of the Revolution also gave the government certain powers," the newspaper Didban Iran quoted him as saying. Pezeshkian did not name the specific powers granted by the Iranian leader. He also stressed that the country's authorities will continue to "firmly resist the lies" of the enemy and solve the problems of the Iranian people. The Axios portal and the Israeli N12 TV channel reported on November 1 that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, during a telephone conversation with US President Donald Trump, demanded the resumption of military operations against Iran immediately after the midterm elections to the US Congress. As specified, Trump has not yet decided on further actions and intends to provide additional time for diplomatic negotiations with Tehran. During a campaign rally in Texas on October 27, Trump called the launch of a military operation in Iran one of his greatest decisions. According to him, the short-term difficulties caused by the conflict are needed for the sake of long-term benefits. |
