The agreement by Witkoff and Kushner to travel to Kyiv emerged following the latest meeting between Presidents Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Washington. According to the Financial Times, the planned trip is expected to give fresh momentum to diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving the conflict in Ukraine.
