![]() A double-decker passenger bus overturned in northern Türkiye on Thursday, July 16, leaving dozens of people injured, according to the state-run Anadolu Agency. The bus, which was travelling from Istanbul to Ordu, overturned in the Sarıköy area of Merzifon in Amasya province after the driver reportedly lost control, preliminary findings showed. A total of 46 people were injured in the accident, Anadolu reported. The victims were transported to hospitals in Merzifon, Amasya, Suluova and Gümüşhacıköy for treatment. Authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the crash. |
