According to the Foreign Ministry spokesman, the state ceremonies will be split into two primary segments on Friday: Morning Session (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM): The formal memorial and public farewell procession will commence, featuring various dignitaries and international popular organizations. Afternoon Session (1:30 PM / 2:00 PM): High-ranking global statesmen, heads of state, and top political figures will gather to pay their final respects. Baghaei concluded by highlighting the broad geographic diversity of the attendees, confirming that representatives from around 100 countries will be present. The foreign dignitaries will comprise heads of state, prime ministers, parliamentary speakers, foreign ministers, and presidential special envoys, alongside numerous prominent figures and civil society delegations from across the globe.
