IRGC claims strikes on US and Israeli military targets
![]() Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has announced a new wave of strikes targeting US and Israeli-linked military infrastructure across the region, according to Iranian state-affiliated media. The strikes were described as part of the 57th wave of Operation “True Promise-4.” According to the statement, Iranian forces targeted sites in central Israel, including command-and-control infrastructure and missile defense systems. The operation reportedly involved the use of precision-guided missile systems, including “Kheibar Shekan,” “Emad,” and “Ghadr.” The statement also said that Al Udeid Air Base, which hosts US military personnel, was struck using a combination of medium-range solid-fuel guided missiles “Zolfaghar,” liquid-fuel “Qiam” missiles, and strike drones. In addition, Iranian sources reported that several hours earlier, naval forces of the IRGC carried out a combined missile and drone attack targeting US air assets. According to the statement, part of an aircraft hangar was destroyed at Sheikh Isa Air Base and Al Dhafra Air Base using cruise missiles. |
