Journalists killed in Israeli strike in Gaza
![]() Five employees of the Arab Al Jazeera television channel were killed in an Israeli airstrike in the Gaza Strip, the channel's website reported. According to reports, an Israeli drone struck a tent belonging to journalists near the Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza City. The explosion killed journalists Anas al-Sharif and Mohammed Kreikia, as well as cameramen Ibrahim Zaher, Mohammed Noufal and Moamen Aliwa. In turn, the director of the Al-Shifa hospital, Mohammed Abu Salmia, said that a total of seven people were killed in the attack. The Israeli Defense Forces said that the man posing as a journalist was actually a terrorist and led a terrorist unit in the Palestinian Hamas.
