![]() Russian citizens living abroad can now obtain a qualified electronic signature in Armenia. The Russian Embassy in Armenia reported this on its social networks. The diplomatic mission explained that a qualified electronic signature allows for remote interaction with Russian commercial and state organizations, signing documents, opening accounts in Russian banks, formalizing real estate transactions, participating in auctions, etc. |
