"Ukraine's Security Service is preparing to exploit the existing contradictions between Russia and Azerbaijan" - Zakharova

The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) is preparing to use the current contradictions between Russia and Azerbaijan to incite hatred on ethnic grounds. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova at a briefing.

“According to the information we have, the Security Service of Ukraine intends to use the current contradictions between Russia and Azerbaijan to incite hatred and hostility on ethnic grounds. In particular, we are aware of plans to use refugees from Russia who are ready to carry out sabotage against Azerbaijani citizens, missions and cultural sites under the Russian flag for a fee,” Zakharova said.

“The idea is that in the event of successful implementation of such provocations, viral information about a certain Russian aggression will be spread in the Azerbaijani, Turkish and European media,” Zakharova explained.
