![]() Delegations from Iran, Britain, France and Germany are meeting for the third time at the Iranian consulate in Istanbul to discuss Tehran's nuclear program. The meeting is the first since the 12-day conflict between Iran and Israel erupted in June. Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharib-Abadi said Tehran considers the upcoming meeting with the three European countries "important" but demands that they not align their positions with the United States. The consultations with the "European troika" come amid a possible resumption of nuclear talks between Iran and the United States. |
