![]() The third round of talks between Russia and Ukraine could take place in Istanbul on July 23 or 24, the Independent Türkçe newspaper reported, citing sources. “A meeting of Russian and Ukrainian delegations is expected in Istanbul this week. The talks could take place on Wednesday or Thursday. Information about the location, time and composition of the delegation has not been made public,” the newspaper wrote. According to the media outlet, the focus will be on issues such as humanitarian aid, prisoner exchange, infrastructure security and border security measures. It is also expected that the Euro Troika (France, Great Britain and Germany) will also hold talks with Iranian representatives on nuclear issues in Istanbul on Friday. Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky proposed a new round of talks, noting that Ukraine is ready for such a meeting. |
