Sobhani: "Pezeshkian may visit Armenia during summer"
![]() Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian will visit Armenia during the summer. Tehran and Yerevan continue to prepare for the visit. This was announced by Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Mehdi Sobhani. “The sides are actively preparing for the visit of the Iranian President. The visit may take place by the end of the summer,” the ambassador said. Sobhani also noted that as part of the preparatory work, he had meetings with representatives of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, and the parties agreed on the texts of the documents to be signed between the governments of the two countries. Recall that earlier, Armenian Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan stated that the conflict between Iran and Israel negatively affects Armenian trade, and many Armenian cargoes remained in the port of Bandar Abbas. |
