![]() Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who is in The Hague to attend the NATO summit, listed rules for Russian President Vladimir Putin during his speech in the Dutch House of Representatives. “It’s very clear for Putin: there are rules: don’t kill, don’t treat people like animals, don’t burn cities and villages, don’t justify or sponsor terrorism, don’t steal, don’t kidnap children. And if you violate such rules, you must bear responsibility.” According to Zelensky, if Russia sees that European unity has disappeared, “there will be no chance left against its aggression.” Zelensky also asked European countries to finance Ukraine’s defense industry with loans. |
