![]() Answered the media inquiry on official ''Baku’s demands to provide minefield maps''. Emphasizing the importance of addressing humanitarian issues, on June 12, July 3, October 19, November 1 & November 29, 2021 Armenia unilaterally provided Azerbaijan with 972 registries of minefields without preconditions. Moreover, remaining committed to the principles of cooperation on humanitarian issues, compiled through inquiries & transferred new minefield registries to Azerbaijan in early 2024. Azerbaijan continuously questions the accuracy of these maps, despite our repeated statements that there are no "better or more accurate" maps. Armenia, both previously and now, is ready to verify the accuracy of these maps with the involvement of int’l experts. Source: Անի Բադալյան |
