Zelensky's Office: Ukraine and US discuss new weapons supplies
![]() The Ukrainian and US authorities are discussing new arms deliveries, including missiles for the Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems. This was stated in an interview with the Polish portal Wirtualna Polska by Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of Volodymyr Zelensky's office. "Of course, we are most interested in receiving missiles for the Patriot systems, since this is a matter of protecting the population and critical infrastructure, but other types of weapons are also important to us. And these agreements are now on the table and are being discussed," Podolyak said. Earlier, a Pentagon representative told TASS that the US Armed Forces had suspended the supply of military aid to Ukraine. According to Bloomberg, the suspension also applies to weapons in transit or awaiting shipment in transit zones in Poland. |
