Elon Musk tops world superbillionaire rankings
![]() US entrepreneur and chief of the US Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) Elon Musk headed the rating of superbillionaires, which comprises only 24 people from all over the world, The Wall Street Journal said. Recent figures reveal the emergence of a new class of ultra-wealthy individuals - the superbillionaires, each with a fortune of at least $50 billion. Altrata's list includes 24 such individuals from around the globe. Topping the list is Elon Musk, the head of SpaceX, Tesla, and X, with an estimated net worth of $419.4 billion. He is followed by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos ($263.8 billion), LVMH chairman Bernard Arnault ($238.9 billion), Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison ($237 billion), and Meta Corporation (recognized as extremist in Russia) CEO Mark Zuckerberg ($220.8 billion). Sixteen of the individuals on the list have fortunes exceeding $100 billion. |
