 Artak Beglaryan, adviser to the Minister of State of the Republic of Artsakh, criticized EU special representative Toivo Klaar. Commenting on Klaar's statement about the latest azerbaijani aggression, March 5 in Artsakh, he noted: “My mistrust, doubts to ToivoKlaar get deeper due to his reactions to Azerbaijani crimes.He is either amateur diplomat, under Azerbaijani brainwashing, corrupt official, with deviated perceptions of European values, interests & human rights.
