This dog appeared under our care with almost no blood

This dog appeared under our care with almost no blood. The gums were all white. We immediately did blood transfusion, did leshmania test, blood analyses. There was no inner problem or virus. Later we found out that dog was tied from a car and draged. All body covered with wounds. We already collected 62$ bill for leshmania test, blood analyses, blood transfusion. And we need more 60$ for treatment, surgery, medicine, rehabilitation. Please help us to help him.
