TV host Vladimir Soloviev turns out to be owner of another villa on Lake Como

The Anti-Corruption Foundation headed by politician Aleksey Navalny has found that TV host Vladimir Soloviev owns another villa on Italy’s Lake Como where houses of Madonna, Sylvester Stallone, George Clooney and other celebrities are also located. This is being stated in a new investigation carried out by the Anti-Corruption Foundation. Navalny had earlier found another Soloviev’s house on this Lake worth of €9 million.

The TV host’s second villa is located 11km away from his first house - in the comune of Menaggio. The country house is spreads across 37 square meters. The area of the main house is almost 300 square meters - not taking into consideration the balconies and porches. There are 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen in the house. Moreover, there’s a guest house with an area of 90 square meters in the territory.

It can be seen from the quadcopter video that the swimming pool is being built in the territory.

Navalny says Soloviev purchased the real estate in 2013 for €1 21 million. After the swimming pool’s construction is completed, the villa’s cost is expected to be estimated at €1.5 million ($114 million), the leader of the opposition states.
