National Assembly accepted the package of laws on "The Structure and Functions of the Government"

With a ratio of votes of 63 for and 32 against, the NA accepted the package of laws on "The Structure and Functions of the Government".

It should be reminded that, according to the new Constitution, starting from April the Government will consist of a Prime Minister, first Deputy Prime Minister, 2 Deputy Prime Ministers and 17 Members of Parliament. The project has also stated the cases when the Prime Minister must resign, for example when he/she has lost his/her citizenship or acquired citizenship of another country, or has violated the requirements of incompatibility stated by the law.
