As it’s known, according to the Constitution 83, to be appointed to the vacant position of a member of the Constitutional Court has proposed Hrayr Tovmasyan's candidacy. According to rumors, he will replace Gagik Harutyunyan in a month for Constitutional Court’s president position. “Yesterday I asked Hrair Tovmasyan about “Zharangutyun”. I asked if he was a founding member of that party. He said no, he was not a founding member. But let me mention that he was member of “Zharangutyun” opposition party. Pashinyan emphasized: “There is a condition for political, labor progress or any progress in the Republic of Armenia. Have you passed under Serzh Sargsyan’s sward? If you did not, then you have no chance to be Tovmasyan or even Kostanyan”. According to Pashinyan, he would not be president or candidate of Constitutional Court if he had not gone under “Sargsyan's sward”.
