Thailand school shooting: seven killed including suspected attacker, police say

Seven people ⁠were ⁠killed ​in a school ⁠shooting in Thailand, ‌including ‌the ‌suspected attacker, and 15 people were wounded, ‌Thai police ⁠said on Friday.

Lt Col Dechrapee Kongdee, the Nonthaburi provincial police commander, confirmed earlier that the ⁠suspected shooter had ​taken his own life.
The incident ‌took place at the prestigious Debsirin Nonthaburi school in the Bang Kruai district of Nonthaburi province.

The suspected shooter was a student who remained inside the school after reports of the attack first emerged, Arsit Sampantharat, the permanent secretary for the interior ministry, told news station PPTV.
