President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed the strike on an export terminal approximately 250 kilometers from the front line in the Rostov region, as well as on oil facilities in the Yaroslavl region and the Udmurt Republic, which is 1,300 kilometers from the border․

"Tonight, our long-range sanctions worked in the Rostov region. An export terminal approximately 250 kilometers from the front line was hit. Diplomatic strikes were also used against oil facilities in the Yaroslavl region and the Udmurt Republic, which is 1,300 kilometers from the state border of Ukraine.
