Russia’s Lavrov meets Iran’s Araghchi at SCO ministerial meeting

Seyed Abbas Araghchi and Sergei Lavrov, the foreign ministers of Iran and Russia, held a meeting and held talks on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Council of Foreign Ministers meeting in Kyrgyzstan.
