![]() U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that peace in Ukraine will require "new ideas" to break the deadlock in negotiations, reports The Guardian. "If, when peace comes, it will be thanks to some new idea and some new concepts, and we are ready to offer some of them in the right context and form, if the opportunity arises and the conditions are favorable.
