Ukraine convenes an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council due to russian attacks on shipping in the Black Sea

Ukraine has requested an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council on July 27 due to russian attacks on civilian vessels in the Black Sea. Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha stated that russia is holding global food security hostage.
