Trump postpones military strikes on Iranian power plants
![]() Donald Trump says there have been "productive conversations" about a "complete and total resolution" to the conflict in the Middle East. He says he will "postpone any and all strikes against Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure" for a five day period. In a post on TruthSocial all in capital letters, reproduced here in full, he says: "I AM PLEASE TO REPORT THAT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AND THE COUNTRY OF IRAN, HAVE HAD, OVER THE LAST TWO DAYS, VERY GOOD AND PRODUCTIVE CONVERSATIONS REGARDING A COMPLETE AND TOTAL RESOLUTION OF OUR HOSTILITIES IN THE MIDDLE EAST.
