 Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has departed for a working visit to Istanbul, Turkey. Within the framework of the visit, the Foreign Minister's participation and speech at the informal meeting of the Foreign Ministers Council of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) are envisaged.
