![]() Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan discussed developments in Syria and Gaza with U.S. counterpart Donald Trump in a telephone call on Tuesday as Syria's Turkey-backed government announced a ceasefire with U.S.-allied Kurdish forces after days of clashes.
