Rutte: Ukraine to receive $5 billion in military aid by year-end under PURL program

By the end of the year, Ukraine will receive USD 5 billion worth of military aid from its allies under the “PURL” support program, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said in an interview with the Spanish newspaper El País․

According to him, Ukraine is receiving approximately USD 1 billion worth of weapons every month.
