 The Washington administration is developing proposals for a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine, taking into account the positions of Moscow and Kiev, and believes that both sides must make concessions, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said. "This requires a detailed exchange of serious and realistic ideas", Rubio wrote in X. "Achieving lasting peace requires both sides to agree to difficult but necessary concessions", he added. "That is why we are developing and will continue to develop a list of potential proposals to end this war, based on information from both sides", the US Secretary of State stressed. |
