Moscow Court Says Arrests TV Rain Editor-in-Chief Dzyadko in Absentia

The Golovinsky Court in Moscow issued an arrest warrant in absentia for independent broadcaster TV Rain (designated as a foreign media agent in Russia) editor-in-chief Tikhon Dzyadko (recognized as a foreign agent) on charges of evading his duties as a foreign agent, the court told RIA Novosti on Monday. "The court granted the motion to order Dzyadko's pretrial detention in absentia.
