Madagascar foreign ministry denies reports of 22 deaths in protests

The Madagascar Foreign Ministry denied reports of 22 protesters being killed in the country, the Orange Actu news portal reported. On Monday, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights said that at least 22 people had died in protests against water and electricity outages in Madagascar.
