Trump says Xi call 'productive', leaders to meet in November

United States President Donald Trump and his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, have held a “productive” phone conversation.
Trump says the pair will meet at an Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum in South Korea in November.
