Death toll from attacks on Kiev rises to 18

The death toll from Russian strikes on Kiev has reached 18, the head of the Kiev military administration, Timur Tkachenko, said.

Earlier, Russia carried out strikes on Kiev with drones and missiles, which damaged various areas of the capital.
