Preparations are underway for a possible meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Washington, D.C., President Zelensky said at a joint press conference with the Norwegian Prime Minister in Kyiv.

He said a series of meetings between Ukraine’s allies will take place during the week.
