Head of the Azerbaijani Diaspora in Voronezh arrested

Yusif Khalilov, the leader of the Azerbaijani diaspora and the owner of the largest market in Voronezh, has been arrested.

According to our information, security forces believe that in March of this year he paid 330,000 rubles to a doctor to prevent his son from being drafted into the army. He faces 7 to 12 years in prison for bribery and deportation.
