![]() The Romanian Ministry of Energy has declared a state of emergency due to the receipt of contaminated oil from Azerbaijan. This was reported on the agency's website on August 4. Contamination with organic chlorides was detected during the unloading of a shipment of 92,000 tons of crude oil from Azerbaijan loaded at a Turkish port.
