New York City shooter kills 4, commits suicide

At least five people, including a police officer, were killed in a shooting at a skyscraper in midtown Manhattan, New York, the New York Post reported, citing sources.

Six more people were injured in the shooting, all of them in serious condition.

According to preliminary information, the shooter was Shane Tamura, 27, a resident of Las Vegas. The motives for the crime are currently being investigated.

The perpetrator committed suicide after the incident.
