"We are grateful to Turkey for mediation in the Ukrainian issue" - Peskov

Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia is grateful to Ankara and the Turkish leadership for their efforts to find ways to resolve the situation in Ukraine and create conditions for negotiations.

“We are grateful for the conditions that the Turkish leadership provides for negotiations. And, of course, this attitude of ours will continue in the future,” Peskov told reporters.

According to him, Turkey, as a venue for negotiations on Ukraine, is liked by the parties to the negotiation process.
