Peskov: "Kyiv puts the cart before the horse"

Kiev is putting the cart before the horse, proposing to organize a meeting of the presidents of the two countries before reaching any agreement.

This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov to journalists.

“They are trying to put the cart a little before the horse. First, all the work must be done, and then the leaders will be given the opportunity to record the results achieved,” the Kremlin representative said.
