Zelensky appoints Umerov as Secretary of the Security Council

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky appointed former Defense Minister Rustem Umerov as Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. This is evidenced by a decree on Zelensky's website.

"Appoint Rustem Enverovich Umerov as Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine," the text says. By another decree, Zelensky removed Alexander Litvinenko from this position.
