Death toll from Texas floods nears 80

At least 78 people have died in Texas floods, including 28 children, authorities say. Another 41 people are missing.
A children's summer camp in Kerr County has reportedly been submerged, with 10 girls and one staff member still missing.
The camp was located on the banks of the Guadalupe River, which suddenly burst its banks after heavy rains.
Several counties in Texas have declared states of emergency. Most roads are destroyed, and phone lines are down.
