Former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, who is currently in prison, wrote about this on his Facebook page. “Armenia has signed a peace treaty with Turkey, which includes the opening of the border and embassies. It also requires the withdrawal of the Russian army from the country,” Saakashvili wrote. Ankara and Yerevan have not publicly announced the signing of the treaty.
