Hungary blocks EU joint statement supporting Ukraine

Hungary has blocked a joint statement in support of Ukraine following the EU summit, Ukrainian media reported.

The document calls for 30.6 billion euros in aid to Ukraine by 2025, calls for an immediate ceasefire by the Russian Federation, new sanctions against Russia and its shadow navy, and progress on Ukraine's accession to the European Union.
