Russia and Ukraine have carried out another round of prisoner exchanges within the framework of the agreement reached in Istanbul, a representative of the Russian negotiating team told RIA Novosti.

It should be recalled that the second round of Russia-Ukraine negotiations took place in Turkey on June 2, during which the parties, among other issues, agreed on the exchange of prisoners under the age of 25 on an equal basis.
